We now have all Eight Steps cards completed, including the table of content and "how to" section. There are now 34 cards.
The Eight Steps cards will be a part of the It's Different at Helzberg Diamonds manual. The manual will have three sections; 1) It's Different Here (Our Traditions); 2) Moments That Sparkle (Our Passion); Eight Steps (Our Way of Selling).
The first two sections have been written; each of these sections will have 7 or 8 cards. LJS has done a first pass on Moments That Sparkle, but we have enlisted the marketing team to help us with branding, fonts, colors, etc. with these two sections.
